   What is the best way to go about locating and finding a one floor bungalow, ranch or raised ranch in London Ontario?Most folks go to MLS and put in a price range and start their search there or pick up all those glossy real estate magazines and ooh and aah at all the pictures!

 When I start showing my clients houses, they comment they didn't see that one on the internet or they comment on why most of the houses in the magazines are sold or have an offer on them. (Because, most glossies are published monthly or at best, bi-monthly. If I pull up bungalows and ranches available for sale in London today this is what I have found:

  • 41 from $98,500 - $149,900
  • 86 from $150,000 - $200,000
  • 95 from $200,000 - $275,000
  • 48 from $275,000 - $350,000
  • 32 from $350,000 - $450,000
  • 43 over $450,000

   Now that we have the price down, what about bedrooms, finished basements, garages, schools and amenities, etc?

  What about the history of the home, neighbourhood crime stats and other very, very important things you should know? Call me, I know, plus, there are homes that I know of that will be coming on the market or are available but not on MLS.
