Hazleden North Neighbourhood in London Home Sales 2012

The Hazelden neighbourhood in west London is on par with most of London Ontario real estate activity, other than price. In 2012 saw 40 houses exchanged hands for an average asking price of $432,221 and these homes took approximately 41 days to sell.
In that same period, 13 condos sold (there are very few condos in this upscale neighbourhood) for an average $296,524 and were on the market for 58days!
For tire kickers, stay away, these homes sold for 99% of asking price! This is a very desirable neighbourhood of London, wide streets, an ecletic array of home styles, larger lots and easy access to some of the best schools in London, shopping and downtown London.

 This prestigious neighbourhood is located in Northwest London with the following boundaries: South of Oxford St. West; North of Riverside Drive ; East of Sanatorium Road and West of Hyde Park Road.
Easy access to downtown London, some great shopping with Loblaws, Remark, Shoppers Drug Mart, Pharmasave, Bank of Montreal, Canada Trust and a wide range of independent retailers and service providers.
Both Hazelden North and Hazelden Park are safe London neighbourhoods, have access to London Transit, a short walk to Springbank Park and for golfers, a short drive to the Hunt Club, Riverbend Golf Community, Firerock and Thames Valley.
